Bruno Baratta

Bruno Baratta is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Brazil at Houlihan Lokey since March 2023. Prior experience includes a board member role at Enauta from July 2023 to February 2024, and various positions at Lazard from September 2011 to March 2023, where Bruno held titles including Director, Vice President, and Associate. Earlier career roles include Summer Associate positions at Tarpon Investimentos and Rothschild in 2010, as well as a Strategy Consultant and Strategy Business Analyst role at Accenture from 2005 to 2009. Bruno's foundational experience began at Banco Fator, serving as Sales & Trader/Research Sales and interning on the trading desk from February 2003 to July 2005. Bruno holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MBA in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a BS in Industrial and Electrical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
