Donald Dickson

Donald Dickson serves as the Global Head of HR Operations & Shared Services at Houlihan Lokey since April 2023. Prior to this role, Donald spent nearly 25 years at Latham & Watkins, where responsibilities included Director of Global HR Operations, Sr Manager of Global HR Operations, and Global HR Project Manager. Earlier career experiences include serving as Accounting Manager at Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP and KPA Property Management. Donald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from PennWest Clarion.
