Eddie Perez

Eddie Perez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT and property management. Since February 2006, Eddie has served as a Senior Systems Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, overseeing day-to-day IT operations in the Midwest region and managing Virtual Machines and Storage Nodes. Concurrently, Eddie has been a Property Manager at JEPZ Properties Inc since September 2004, handling multiple properties in Chicago, addressing maintenance issues, managing tenant relations, and ensuring timely rent collection. Additionally, Eddie has operated Chicago Event DJ since May 1993, providing DJ services in the city. Prior experience includes working in IT at Cabrera Capital Markets, LLC from July 2004 to February 2006. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology from Robert Morris University.
