Kartik Sudeep

Kartik Sudeep is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and engineering. Currently serving as Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey since October 2023, Kartik previously held a similar position at Moelis & Company from July 2020 to October 2023. Prior to that, a tenure as Sr. Vice President in Technology Investment Banking at Jefferies occurred from August 2014 to July 2020, along with responsibilities as Vice President of Investment Banking at Duff and Phelps, LLC from September 2009 to August 2014. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Consultant in Technology Integration at Deloitte Consulting and advisory positions at IBM Research, including work on server systems and network processors. Kartik holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University, and a B.E. with honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
