Randy Drury has a diverse work experience in financial advisory services and valuation. Randy started their career as an Investment Associate at First Union National Bank in 1998. Randy then worked as a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey from 2000 to 2007, where they focused on various financial analysis and engagement management tasks. After a year at Fortress Investment Group, Drury rejoined Houlihan Lokey as a Vice President in 2008 before moving on to Deloitte in 2012. At Deloitte, they served as a Vice President and Chief of Staff in the Capital Advisory and Valuation groups, where they provided assistance on capital structuring, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and general financial advisory. In 2016, Drury returned to Houlihan Lokey as the Director and Chief Administrative Officer of the Portfolio Valuation & Fund Advisory Services practice. Randy has extensive experience in working with hedge funds, private equity funds, and corporate clients.

Randy Drury holds a Master of Arts degree from Liberty University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Political Science at Furman University from 1994 to 1998. Randy attended The Bolles School from 1991 to 1994 for their high school education. In addition to their academic achievements, Randy Drury has obtained certifications such as being a member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in 2018, and holding FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 Securities Licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
