Sean Murphy

Sean Murphy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory services and private equity. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Transaction Advisory Services at Houlihan Lokey since April 2020, Sean previously held the position of Principal in Deal Advisory - Private Equity at KPMG LLP from January 2000 to March 2020. Sean holds a Master's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, where studies were completed between 1996 and 1997, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the same institution, earned from 1994 to 1996.
