Lauren Peterson has a diverse work experience in the marketing and public relations industry. Lauren started their career as an intern at Schenkein in 2007. Lauren then worked as an Account Coordinator and later as an Account Executive at Metzger Associates from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Qdoba Restaurant Corporation as a Non-Traditional Marketing & Public Relations Specialist, and later advanced to the roles of Non-Traditional Marketing & Public Relations Supervisor and Brand Marketing & PR Manager, serving until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Managing Supervisor at FleishmanHillard. Lauren later joined Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. as a Contractor, Senior Marketing Manager, Specialty Brands, in 2016 and 2018. In 2019, they became the Director of Marketing, Specialty Brands at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc.
Lauren Peterson pursued their undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Journalism, Criminal Justice, and French.

Kitchens are run from scratch and the menu is ever-evolving, with development a constant at the company’s test kitchen. In the bar, interesting cocktails and wine along with small bites have landed many local ‘Best of’ happy hour awards. Houlihan’s serves lunch & dinner, and offers brunch in select locations.
