Brooks Hauser is a scientist with extensive experience in various laboratory and research roles. Currently serving as Scientist I at Hound Labs, Inc., since February 2022, Brooks has previously held positions including Senior Research Associate and Laboratory Technician. Prior experiences include working as a Ranch Technician at Ruhter Bison, LLC, and as a Laboratory Technician at the Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology. Additionally, Brooks contributed as a Board Member for the Upper Sangamon River Conservancy and as President of The Wildlife Society at the University of Illinois. Research experience includes investigations into pesticide effects on the navel orangeworm moth and work on chronic wasting disease at UIUC. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and attendance at University Laboratory High School.
