Robert Capwell

Robert Capwell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Currently, they are the Vice President of Risk + Compliance at Hound Labs, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Capwell Consulting Group LLC, starting in 2022. From 2007 to 2022, they served as the Chief Knowledge Officer at Employment Background Investigations, Inc. (EBI), where they were responsible for overseeing the company's quality management system and information security management system. Mr. Capwell was also involved in training initiatives at EBI. Before joining EBI, they held the role of Co-Chair NAPBS International Committee and served on the Board of Directors at the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). Additionally, they founded Comprehensive Information Services, Inc. (CIS) in 1991 and served as its President until 2007.

Robert Capwell received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University between 1983 and 1988. Robert also holds a certification as a RIMS-CRMP (Certified Risk Management Professional) from RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.), although the date of qualification is not provided.
