Tomer Niv has worked in various roles in the past 8 years. In 2012, they began their career as an Emergency Room Volunteer at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. In 2016, they moved to BMO Harris Bank as a Summer Analyst-Fixed Income Trading and to Taliaz as a Business Development. Tomer then joined Empire Wealth Strategies as a Customer Experience Coordinator in 2017. In 2018, they became a Partnerships, EMEA Sales at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. In 2021, they joined Explorium as an Account Executive and then as a Partner Growth Manager, tasked with building a world-class partner ecosystem and channel strategy for EMEA and US. Tomer grew the partner base 12x and generated 2.3M in pipeline of partner sourced opportunities. In 2022, they moved to Hour One as an Enterprise Account Executive. Hour One is an AI video company that replaces cameras with code, for the next era of virtual communications. Hour One creates lifelike virtual characters that are animated with human expressiveness just from text, so that businesses can upgrade and customize their content with unprecedented ease and scale.

Tomer Niv is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Analytics & Marketing from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they began in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from the University of Maryland between 2013 and 2017.
