Francis Boakye

Francis Boakye started working as a Field Technician at ECS Limited in May 2021 and left in April 2022. Currently, they are a Project Engineer at Hourigan, starting from April 2022.

Francis Boakye obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Engineering Technology from Norfolk State University, graduating in 2021. Their field of study was Construction Engineering. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications as an Aggregate/Soils Base Testing Technician from the Virginia Department of Transportation in February 2022, and from the American Concrete Institute in October 2021.
