James Kirby

James Kirby has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. James started their career as an Intern at Atkins, where they researched storm water management attributes and designed storm water BMP layouts. James then worked as an Intern at Garnett Construction LLC, where they gained experience in residential home building, renovations, and remodeling. Later, they served as a Summer Intern at Sussex Development Corporation, where they observed and familiarized himself with various construction techniques and processes, coordinated subcontractor activities, and obtained bid intentions and quotes. James further expanded their experience as an Estimating Intern at Leebcor Services, LLC, where they collected and organized bids, analyzed submitted bids, and contacted subcontractors for bid solicitation. Currently, they are working at Hourigan as an Assistant Project Manager, overseeing project management tasks.
