People Strategies Manager at Hourigan

Katherine Gould, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Katherine started their career as an intern at Carolina Locum Resources in 2012. In the same year, they also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2013, Katherine interned at VWR as a Human Resources Intern and then joined PartnerMD as a Jr. Recruiter. Katherine later transitioned to the role of HR Generalist and eventually became the Manager of Human Resources. Katherine joined Hourigan in 2017 as a Talent Acquisition Lead and was responsible for recruiting and training. Katherine then took on the role of Recruiting and Training Manager before being promoted to People Strategies Manager.

Katherine Gould, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish Language and Literature at North Carolina State University from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Development at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2013. In May 2016, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
