Zachary Ober

Zachary Ober is the current Analytics Lead at HourWork. Zachary has also previously worked as an Analytics Engineer at Better from April 2021 to May 2022, a Senior Analytics Engineer at Fair.com from September 2018 to January 2021, a Data Analyst at TV Time from February 2018 to September 2018, and a Database Manager at Smart Media Group, LLC from November 2015 to December 2016. Zachary is skilled in data modeling best practices and has experience leading the implementation of these practices. Zachary is also experienced in identifying and documenting core entities and events to align different parts of the business on a source of truth for reporting and analytics. In addition, Zachary has introduced structured planning for projects by creating a product requirements document (PRD) template for himself and team members to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
