Kuni Tai

Kuni Tai is a Quality Control Technician at House Foods America since June 2021, where responsibilities include maintaining and updating the food safety system audit and analyzing production parameters to enhance efficiency. Additionally, Kuni Tai serves as a Food Safety Consultant for KoSoKo, having developed the initial Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan to initiate commercial operations. Kuni Tai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Rutgers University, completed in June 2021.
