Sandra Candow MCIP RPP is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Deputy Director of the Planning Program at the House of Commons of Canada since January 2019. Prior to this position, Sandra held various influential roles at the National Capital Commission from 2006 to January 2019, including A/Director of Federal Approvals and Heritage. Sandra's career also encompasses significant contributions as a Manager of Planning with the Parliamentary Precinct Branch, and various planning positions with the City of Ottawa, City of Gloucester, and Oliver, Mangione, McCalla & Associates. Academically, Sandra studied at the University of Waterloo and Campus Notre-Dame-de-Foy, completing a degree from Bishop's College School.
