Lyn Ainsworth

Lyn Ainsworth is an experienced Executive General Manager at House with no Steps, overseeing People, Strategy and Partnerships since September 2007. Previously, Lyn served as the Manager of HR and Legal Services at RIDBC from 1997 to 2005. Lyn holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong, earned between 2000 and 2002, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Law, Music, and Literature from the University of Sydney, completed from 1975 to 1980.
