In 2021, Nick joined HouseCanary as a Senior Product Data Analyst. Nick played a key role in building and tracking the health of 30+ Tableau Dashboards using advanced Redshift SQL and Python scripts. This allowed PMs, VPs, and C-suite individuals to have self-serve access to summarized and reported data on the entire enterprise product suite. Nick also implemented procedural controls and code review standards, reducing errors and promoting high-quality code. Additionally, they developed and automated custom data deliverables, enabling the sales team to contract data deals on datasets not yet available in the product offerings. In 2022, they were promoted to Lead Product Data Analyst, where they focused on creating innovative ways to monetize core real estate data and developing new machine learning-based product features.
