Natalie Allen

Natalie Allen has a diverse work experience. Natalie started their career as a Senior Administrator in Claims - Pensions Operations at AXA Wealth in 2008. Natalie then worked as a Relationship Coordinator in Investment Operations and as a Project Analyst, managing multiple projects and budgets. In 2014, they became an Employee Engagement Executive, where they designed and delivered employee events and supported internal communications. In 2016, they joined Zoopla as an Employee Engagement Manager, overseeing employee surveys, training, and the promotion of benefits and wellbeing support. Natalie later became the Head of Employee Engagement at Houseful in 2018, which is the parent company of Zoopla. Overall, Natalie has demonstrated a strong focus on employee engagement and creating a positive workplace environment.

Natalie Allen attended Exeter College, Devon. Natalie obtained the APM Project Management certification from QA Ltd in November 2013.
