Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Chief Operating Officer of Houseful, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Alto, Zoopla, and Jupix, all of which are part of Houseful. Riccardo'sroles included being the Chief Operating Officer, VP of Software, and Director of Product. Riccardo also had entrepreneurial ventures, such as being the CEO and Founder of Yourkeys, where they led the company until its acquisition by Zoopla. Before that, they were the Sales and Marketing Director at Shape Real Estate. Additionally, Riccardo co-founded and had leadership roles at AYA Clothing, a British streetwear brand, and Pink Design, a graphic design studio. Riccardo started their career as an Architectural Designer at Gensler.

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson has a strong educational background in the field of architecture. Riccardo obtained a M. Arch Architecture degree from London Metropolitan University, completing their studies from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Birmingham City University, specializing in architecture, from 2011 to 2013. Riccardo also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Planning and Development, which they achieved from Birmingham City University from 2009 to 2011. Riccardo began their educational journey at Burton and South Derbyshire College, where they completed a National Diploma in Construction and Graphical Detailing, from 2006 to 2008.
