Tandrani Sen

Tandrani Sen has over 17 years of work experience. Tandrani began their career in 2004 as a Store Manager for Ganjam jewellers. In 2015, they moved to REPUBLIC OF PROPERTY a Venture of Santasha Real Estate Private Limited, where they served as Lead HR. In 2018, they took on the role of Senior Manager HR at Brigade Group. Currently, they are AVP - Head HR at Housejoy.

Tandrani Sen received their Executive MBA in Accounting and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Finance and Human Resources from the University of Lucknow in 2003.
