Charlie Ferris

Charlie Ferris has a work experience spanning over two decades. Charlie currently holds the position of Head of Customer Experience at Housekeep since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Utility Warehouse in various roles including Head of Customer Strategy, Head of Customer Service, Customer Experience Manager, Customer Service Manager, Learning and Development Trainer, and Customer Service Adviser, from 2004 to 2019. Charlie also worked as a Graduate Software Developer at AMT-SYBEX from 2000 to 2001.

Charlie Ferris holds a Diploma in Learning and Development in the field of Learning Sciences, which was obtained in the year 2007 from CIPD Qualifications. Additionally, Charlie completed a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Computer Science from Ulster University, spanning from 1999 to 2003.
