Andy S. has extensive work experience in the field of security and information assurance. Andy started their career in 1999 at the UK Ministry of Defence, where they held various roles related to security and technology for almost two decades. In 2018, they joined Strategic Command as the Cyber Security & Information Assurance EMEA Lead, a position they held until 2021. In the same year, they worked at Marathon Managed Services as the Head of Security Practice. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Head of Security at Rolls-Royce SMR, responsible for all aspects of information security and compliance. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal. Overall, Andy S. has a strong background in security leadership and has worked in both regulated and non-regulated industries.

Andy S. has a Master's Degree in Executive Program and Project Management from Cranfield University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northampton from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Leadership and Management from Northumbria University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014.
