Margaret Meyer is an experienced character and costume fabricator with a career spanning over two decades in the animation and film industry. Since July 2014, Margaret has been employed by HouseSpecial, LLC and has also worked at Laika/house since 2011 in the same role. Prior positions include character and costume fabrication at Screen Novelties from 2008 to 2010 and costume design and fabrication for the feature film Coraline at Laika from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, from 2004 to 2006, Margaret served as a character and costume designer and fabricator at Shadow Animation. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Painting from The University of Kansas, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
