Cory Covington

Cory Covington is an experienced design professional currently serving as Design Director at HOUSEWORKS Design + Build since May 2020 and as the Owner of Covington Design Studio since April 2019, specializing in residential, commercial, and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) projects. Prior roles include Director of Development and Construction at Lyric, where expertise in design quality assurance and construction management was applied to high-end hospitality suites, and Design Director/Project Manager at Veritas Investments, leading the renovation of over 200 apartments. With a background spanning various positions in architecture and construction management, including work at GGD, INC., Virgin America, and industry-leading firms like Gensler and IDEO, Cory brings a wealth of experience in developing premium projects while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Cory holds a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Industrial Design from California College of the Arts.
