Brian Burns

Brian Burns is an experienced Project Manager currently at Housing 21 since June 2018, previously serving as Contracts Manager at Seddon and Minor Works Contracts Manager at Cruden Property Services. With a career spanning over three decades, Brian has managed a wide range of projects including fabric and reactive maintenance for various clients such as Warrington Borough Council and Salford City Council. Earlier roles included overseeing contracts for Halifax/HBOS and working as a Painter & Decorator on significant refurbishment projects across the UK and Europe. Brian’s educational background includes NVQ Level 6 in Site Management and Civil Engineering from Openshaw Technical College, complemented by training at Manchester Building College and St Thomas More High School.
