Sophia Nakhooda

Sophia Nakhooda has extensive work experience in various roles related to strategic projects, business improvement, people and culture, finance, and accounting. Sophia started their career as an External Auditor at KPMG in 2005 and then worked as a Group Accountant at St. Modwen Properties PLC from 2008 to 2009. Sophia then moved on to become a Regional Financial Controller at St. Modwen Properties PLC from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Housing 21 as a Financial Controller and later took on the role of Head of People & Strategy from 2017 to 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Sophia served as the Head of People & Culture at HOUSING21. Currently, they are working as the Head of Strategic Projects and Business Improvement (Extra Care) at Housing 21.

Sophia Nakhooda pursued their education at Aston Business School, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business with Modern Languages from 2000 to 2004.
