Tracy Jones

Tracy Jones currently serves as the Head of Operational Development and Head of Extra Care South at Housing 21, positions held since January 2017. Prior to this, Tracy held the role of Regional Director/Head of Care at Helping Hands Homecare from August 2015 to December 2016 and served as a District Manager and Branch Manager at Anchor Trust from January 2011 to August 2015. Tracy's career began at Coventry City Council as a Team Leader/Care Manager from September 2007 to January 2011, following a role as Deputy Care Manager at West Midlands Homebased Care from March 2004 to September 2007. Educational achievements include pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at Arden University (2024-2026) and obtaining a Postgraduate Degree in Leadership Level 7 from De Montfort University (2022-2023). Additional qualifications include a Diploma Level 5 in Management, Health and Social Care, and Level 3 Health-Related Knowledge and Skills diplomas, complemented by A1 Assessor certifications.
