Case Manager For Family Shelter- Cataumet

Housing Assistance Corporation is currently hiring shelter Case Managers at our family homeless shelter located in Cataumet. This position will work directly with clients to identify housing barriers, assist with housing search activities, and complete required state documentation. From assessment to placement, the case manager will be responsible for assisting families with budgeting, monitoring completion of required tasks, and supporting efforts to secure long term secure housing.

Qualified candidates will have experience working with homeless or low-income families, be team oriented, have experience identifying community resources and must have a valid Driver’s License.

Bachelor’s degree in human services field is a plus!

This position will report to the Director of Village at Cataumet.
