Stephanie Nichols

Stephanie Nichols has extensive experience in the housing sector, currently serving as a Senior Housing Specialist and Technical Team Lead at the Housing Assistance Council since May 1999. In this role, Stephanie manages a comprehensive transformation of information technology and information systems to support the organization's growth and change, collaborating closely with Executive Sponsors and Functional Owners. Additionally, Stephanie has a significant background as a Housing Specialist and OneRural TA Consortium Program Manager, focusing on enhancing the lives of citizens in underserved rural communities. Previously, Stephanie worked as a CHDO Project Manager and provided administrative assistance at the Research Institute for Studies in Education at Iowa State University from 1995 to 1999. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and the Near Environment from Iowa State University.
