Chris Collier

Chris Collier has extensive experience in public administration and program management, specializing in affordable housing. Since August 2016, Chris has served as a Program Manager at the Housing Authority of Snohomish County, providing expertise across 12 municipalities and contributing to significant housing projects. Prior roles include serving as a Constituent Caseworker for the Washington State Office of the Governor, where Chris managed thousands of constituent contacts monthly, and as a Management Analyst at the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission, leading a key database project. Chris's experience also encompasses campaign coordination, ESL teaching, and various roles at NASA and NOAA Fisheries, demonstrating a strong background in communication, organizational skills, and public engagement. Chris holds a Master of Public Administration from The Evergreen State College and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology & Administrative Management from Central Washington University.
