Ellen de Witte is an experienced HR and Organisation Development Advisor with a strong background in strategic HR, talent management, and organizational change. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Wooncompagnie since March 2010, Ellen has expertise in coaching, leadership development, and business restructuring. In addition, Ellen operates as an HR Consultant and owner of 22-white, providing interim consultancy services focused on business design, reorganization, and talent management.
