Kelsey Clark

Kelsey Clark is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community organizing, policy management, and strategic communications. Currently serving as Managing Director at Housing Connector since January 2025, Kelsey leads efforts to enhance housing access through innovative solutions for property managers and streamlined services for individuals in need. As the Founder and Owner of KelseyClarkConsulting, Kelsey has spearheaded initiatives to support local businesses and address community needs, including childcare facility planning. Previously, Kelsey held various roles such as Policy Manager for the City and County of Denver, where strategic leadership focused on equitable community development, and co-founder of East Colfax Community Collective, which aimed to support vulnerable communities. Kelsey's background also includes experience with public health initiatives, having co-developed significant programs in Rwanda and integrated literacy into pediatric care across Colorado. Kelsey holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's in Business Communication from the University of Kentucky.
