Ajay Agarwal

Mr. Ajay Agarwal is the Company Secretary of the Corporation and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has been associated with the Corporation since September 2000. He has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the key managerial person of the Corporation with effect from March 20, 2015. He is responsible for ensuring compliances with the applicable corporate and securities laws, secretarial standards, etc. He is also the Compliance Officer of the Corporation under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI (Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents) Regulations, 1993. He is a member of the CII National Committee on Regulatory Affairs since 2018-19, a member of CII Corporate Governance Council since 2020-21, and also a member of the Task Force on Banking and Finance constituted by ICSI.
