Donna Moulton has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Donna currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Housing Hope, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Donna was the CEO of Rural Resources Community Action from 2019 to 2023. Donna also held the position of Director at the Childhelp Children's Center of Arizona from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Donna served as the Executive Director of the DeKalb County Community Action Department from 2009 to 2017. Donna also worked at the Family Service Agency of DeKalb County as a Therapist, Senior Specialist, and Forensic Interviewer from 2005 to 2017. Donna Moulton holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Their field of study during this time was Health Care. Prior to their MSW degree, they also earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from the same university, specializing in Child Welfare. Donna completed their BSW degree from 1986 to 1991. In addition to their academic qualifications, Donna Moulton has acquired several certifications. These include being a Certified Public Manager, obtained in October 2010, as well as being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed under the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
