Pauline Stieff, MA, CF, APMP has extensive experience in writing, communication, and resource development. Pauline currently serves as the Director of Resource Development at Housing Hope. From 2022 to present, they worked as a Communications Instructor at AJAC, where they taught college-level communication classes and designed curriculum for adult apprenticeship students. Prior to that, they held the role of Strategic Writing Consultant/Instructor/Coach at P.S. Publications since 1996. In this role, they provided writing services, such as blogs, resumes, proposals, and marketing materials, to various clients, including non-profits and private individuals. Pauline Stieff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University. Pauline also obtained a Certificate in Modern Drama and Theater from the same university. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in English and Writing from UMass Boston.

In addition to their formal education, Pauline Stieff has obtained several certifications. Pauline completed the Executive Leadership and Nonprofit Management Foundations programs offered by LinkedIn in August 2021. In June 2014, they received certification in Pet First Aid/CPR from the American Red Cross. Furthermore, in September 2010, they obtained the Foundation Level certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
