Pauline Stieff Ma, Cf, Apmp

Pauline Stieff, MA, CF, APMP has extensive experience in writing, communication, and resource development. Pauline currently serves as the Director of Resource Development at Housing Hope. From 2022 to present, they worked as a Communications Instructor at AJAC, where they taught college-level communication classes and designed curriculum for adult apprenticeship students. Prior to that, they held the role of Strategic Writing Consultant/Instructor/Coach at P.S. Publications since 1996. In this role, they provided writing services, such as blogs, resumes, proposals, and marketing materials, to various clients, including non-profits and private individuals. Pauline also offered writing training and consulting services to professionals and managed editing and promotion for two published writers. Pauline has also worked as a Grants Manager at Pacific Northwest Research Institute and Director of Grants and Major Gifts Procurement at Bethany of the Northwest. Pauline has experience in grant writing and procurement. Furthermore, they served as a Proposal Specialist/Manager at Vera Whole Health, Proposal Manager at SAP Concur, and Technical Writer at Aronson Security Group (ASG). Earlier in their career, they worked as a Grants and Proposals Manager at Lutheran Community Services Northwest and as a Writing Instructor at Boston Center for Adult Education.

Pauline Stieff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University. Pauline also obtained a Certificate in Modern Drama and Theater from the same university. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in English and Writing from UMass Boston.

In addition to their formal education, Pauline Stieff has obtained several certifications. Pauline completed the Executive Leadership and Nonprofit Management Foundations programs offered by LinkedIn in August 2021. In June 2014, they received certification in Pet First Aid/CPR from the American Red Cross. Furthermore, in September 2010, they obtained the Foundation Level certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
