Catie Paterson

Catie Paterson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in consulting, leadership, and committee roles across various organizations. As Principal Consultant at Catie Paterson HR Business Consulting since August 2016, Catie focuses on creating better workplaces. Catie currently serves as Chairperson and committee member for the Victorian Training & PD/Membership Services Committee at the Housing Industry Association, while also holding a position on the HIA National Committee for Professional Development.
