Laura Regan

Laura Regan has extensive experience in employee services and workplace relations, primarily within the Housing Industry Association (HIA) since 2006. Currently serving as General Manager - Employee Services, Laura has held various leadership positions at HIA, including Executive Director - People and Culture and Assistant Director - Industrial Relations. Prior roles include Manager of HIA TRADEPASS and Regional Executive Director for North Queensland. Additionally, Laura worked as a Workplace Relations Adviser at Queensland Rail and has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Griffith University.
