Paul Anthony Smith

Paul Anthony Smith is an experienced professional in the construction and training sectors, currently serving as a Trainer-Assessor for the Housing Industry Association since January 2020, where contributions focus on developing future industry talent. Smith has been the Director of Adaptive Building Services since February 2014 and held roles as a Trainer-Assessor at GOTAFE and as a Safety Advisor at DECMIL, working on major mining and infrastructure projects from 2008 to 2015. Smith's early career includes serving as the Principal of Freedom of Design Builders from 1996 to 2008, specializing in Alpine construction and restoration projects.
