Shahnaz Rustomjee

Shahnaz Rustomjee is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Implementation Manager, Senior Advisor in Learning and Development, and Senior Capability Advisor at Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities since October 2019. Previously, Shahnaz worked at Housing New Zealand Corporation from February 2012, holding positions as a Change Trainer and Customer Support Group Trainer, and at Telecom NZ from May 2010 to April 2013 as a Design & Delivery Specialist. Earlier experience includes a role as an Officer for Fares at CNSL CX Subsidiary, where responsibilities included constructing and loading web-based fares for Cathay Pacific Airlines. Shahnaz holds a Certificate in Change Management from Prosci, a National Diploma in Business Management from Unitec, and multiple degrees in Psychology from the University of Mumbai and Jai Hind College.
