Tom Watford

Tom Watford has extensive experience in contract and facilities management, currently serving as Contract Manager at Housing New Zealand Corporation since July 2009, where responsibilities include strategic maintenance contract management. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Maintenance Response Manager, focusing on strategic maintenance delivery. From March 1987 to February 2009, Tom worked at Auckland International Airport as Facilities Manager, overseeing services for aerodrome, commercial, residential, and infrastructure facilities. Tom is an alumnus of The University of Auckland.
