Vijaya Ramakrishna

Vijaya Ramakrishna possesses extensive experience in architectural and project management roles, currently serving as the Manager of Consent Processing at both Kāinga Ora — Homes and Communities and Housing New Zealand Corporation since September 2019. Prior to these positions, Vijaya held various managerial and leadership roles at Auckland Council from November 2010 to September 2019, including Manager Project Assessment Central and Team Leader positions. Additional experience includes working as the Principal Advisor for Commercial Development at Waitakere City Council, serving as a Design Architect at Signature Homes Ltd, and holding several architectural positions at Woodhams Meikle Zhan Architects, Parlante Designs, and Plaza Properties.
