Zachary Marks

Zachary Marks currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate at the Housing Opportunities Commission, a position held since January 2013, responsible for overseeing property-related activities, including acquisitions, development, maintenance, management, and asset management. Prior to this role, Zachary held various positions within the Housing Opportunities Commission, including Chief Real Estate Officer, Director of Development, Assistant Director of New Development, and Housing Acquisitions Manager. Zachary's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Development Manager at the National Foundation for Affordable Housing Solutions and roles at Wood Partners, such as Director and Development Associate. Academically, Zachary earned an M.B.A. in Real Estate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Master's degree in Secondary Education from The Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Richmond.
