Joanna Shell is a Senior Associate in Innovations at Housing Partnership Network. Previously, Joanna worked as a Housing Analyst at AARP and a Public Policy Associate at National Housing Trust. Joanna also has experience as a Project Manager at Management Systems International and as a Project Management Intern at Ministere d'Education National. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature, International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
