Kelly Read

Kelly Read is a Senior Associate at Housing Partnership Network, where they work on advocacy for critical affordable housing programs at the federal level, homeownership and racial equity, and local policy initiatives to improve access to affordable housing. Prior to that, they interned at the U.S. House of Representatives and the United States Senate, and worked as a research volunteer at McHenry County. Kelly also has experience in political communications, community engagement, and administration through various internships and programs during their time at the University of Delaware.
