Karlene H.

Karlene H. has a strong background in human resources and has held various positions in different companies. Karlene is currently Head of People at Housing Plus Group, a position they have held since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner - National at Vocare Group from April 2017 to March 2019. Before that, they served as a Regional HR Business Partner at Ryman Stationery from August 2015 to April 2017. Karlene also worked as a Regional HR Manager at Saga plc. from September 2014 to August 2015, and as a Human Resources Officer at Sibelco Group from September 2013 to September 2014.

Karlene H. attended St Margaret Ward Catholic High School and Performing Arts College from 1998 to 2004, where they achieved 3 A levels and 9 GCSEs. Following this, they then attended Staffordshire University from 2004 to 2009, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) First Class Degree (1st) in Business Studies. Finally, they pursued a P.g Dip in Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton, completing it in 2013.
