Alan Christiani

Alan currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for both Housing Trust Group and HTG Management. He is responsible for attracting top-level talent as the HTG family continues to grow. Alan’s focus is on delivering a world-class experience for all employees from onboarding to talent management. This HTG approach enhances family-oriented culture while solidifying commitment to excellence. Prior to joining HTG, Alan was a VP of Human Resources at Globenet and served as People Director at Odebrecht Construction Inc. He has over 16 years of global experience in the human resource development field where he has worked in North and South America, Middle East and North African Region. Additionally, Alan has a master's degree in business administration from Hult International Business School in California while also being fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
