Kirill Slavetski

Kirill Slavetski has a rich and diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) and product design. Kirill has held various leadership positions throughout their career, working with both established companies and startups. In their most recent role as Director of User Experience at HousingAnywhere, Kirill oversees design and user research operations while leading and expanding the UX team. Kirill is responsible for improving the user experience for key user groups and positively impacting business outcomes. Prior to this, Kirill worked as a Design Strategy Consultant, helping product companies optimize their design processes and team structure. Kirill also worked as the Head of Product Design at Paxful, where they were responsible for leading the product design team and scaling it from 2 to 18 members. Kirill also has experience as a co-founder of Simple Sampler, a UX and product design consultancy, where they worked with clients worldwide. Kirill has also held roles at Jobbatical, Badoo, Sonopia, Art. Lebedev Studio, Usethics, and has worked as an independent UX consultant. Throughout their career, Kirill has focused on aligning user experience with business objectives and has a strong background in user research, strategy development, and team management.

Kirill Slavetski's education history includes a UX Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group in 2019, where they studied design management, UX strategy, and user research. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Social Education degree at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specializing in psychology and social science. Furthermore, from 1997 to 2002, they completed their Bachelor of Education at Kyiv Pedagogical College of National Taras Shevchenko University, with a focus on pedagogic, English, and psychology. In addition to their formal education, Kirill Slavetski obtained a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group in July 2019.
