Myrna van Gils has a diverse work experience in various industries. Myrna began their career as an Online Marketing, PR, and Communication Intern at Sparkel Media in 2013. Myrna then worked as a Research Intern at ASEGA Media & Communication in 2015. Following that, Myrna gained retail experience as a Sales Specialist and Assistant Store Manager at Manfield Schoenen from 2015 to 2017.
In 2017, Myrna embarked on a travel adventure through Asia and worked as a Traveler for five months. Myrna then moved to Australia on a Working Holiday Visa and took care of a 3-year-old girl for four months before traveling along the East Coast.
Returning to the Netherlands, Myrna joined Roadmap™ in 2018 as a Customer Success Operations Manager. In addition to their managerial role, they also served as a Scrum Master for the Customer Success Team. Their responsibilities included data analysis, product marketing, customer support, and stakeholder management.
In 2020, Myrna became a coordinator for local marketing and social media at D-rt Groep B.V. (D-reizen & VakantieXperts) until 2021. Myrna then worked as a Project Manager in Content Marketing at Scripta and as a Marketing Coordinator at leuk! makelaars from 2021 to 2023.
Most recently, Myrna joined HousingAnywhere in 2023 as a Brand Specialist for Kamernet.nl.
Myrna van Gils attended HAVO Katholieke scholengemeenschap Etten-Leur from 2005 to 2010, where they completed Hoger algemeen voortgezet onderwijs (Havo). From 2011 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies at Fontys University of Applied Sciences. In 2019, Myrna van Gils joined Delft University of Technology for a Design Master Class (IDEMC) focused on New Product Marketing.
