CG Nicole Branch, LMSW, currently serves as a Behavioral Health Case Manager and LTSS Coordinator-Clinician at Anthem, Inc. since December 2021. With extensive experience in crisis intervention, CG Nicole Branch has been a Crisis Counselor at the Houston Area Women's Center since February 2008, providing support to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Previous roles include Care Manager at Humana, Intake Counselor at UnitedHealth Group, Medical Social Worker at Vosswood Nursing Center and Houston Solari Hospice Care, and Human Services Specialist at the Texas Department of State Health Services. CG Nicole Branch holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University.

Houston Area Women’s Center support survivors of domestic and sexual violence. They provide shelter, support, community education, training, hotlines, crisis intervention, counseling and advocacy, children's court, and hospital accompaniment services. They address inquiries through phone calls and emails.
